I enjoyed going through the course and relearning subjects and even learning some not related to my business. The unknown topics will insure I know what to look for in other dining facilities as a customer.

The program was easy to use and provided the required information.

A way bit brief as every aspect of food handling and safety again’st hazard has been outlined, though some introductions on the food processing and preparation should had been included to expound more on the possibilities of contamination on every aspects of it in connection to the processing and packaging from plants and suppliers. Very good course outline presentation in general.

It was long!

This training course was easy to follow along and provided knowledge in a understandable manner. I would recommend anyone to join this if they are looking to get certified.

Overall, the course was well done. There are 2 things that I would change. The first is that by listing this as “Course Review”, it suggested to me that it was a a review of the entire course for test prep. Since I took the course over several days, I was looking for a review. I was able to go back to each review section, so maybe just a different label would be helpful. Secondly, the cost of Google Meet was not mentioned anywhere. That is unfortunate. HIdden fees are not pleasant for any of us! While $20 for an unwanted, unused service shouldn’t kill me if I’m starting a business, they often add up, especially at this critical start up time! ( Not to mention the automatic renewal that will probably zing me again next year before I remember to cancel! ) Thanks!

But customer service, not so much.
