Excellent instruction! Easy to understand and follow.

Hi,

I found this training to be very detailed covering all aspects of what is important in being a Food Service Manager.

This course highlighted key information efficiently. The modules were easy to follow. I did not have any issues going through each module.

All material was covered quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. I’m thankful to have been able to complete it online at my own pace. Definitely recommend!

It was very informative and long. All materiel is necessary to manage in the food industry, better to be over informed rather than under informed.
