En mi opinion este curso es de gran ayuda ya que contiene mucha informacion que nos apoya en la practica diaria, en como se deben de llevar y cumplir las reglas para el manjo de alimentos y asi poder brindar con seguridad alimentos sanos.

I wish there had been a workbook to download and follow as I went through the medules. I can’t review the course itself until after I have taken the test.

I thought it was good and not to boring.
