The course was very well organized and pleasantly presented. What I really enjoyed the most was the quiz’s between sessions and the connivence online course taken at your leisure for working families.

I didn’t give 5 stars because I hated how after every module it was dead space at the end waiting to see the ” click next module” prompt.

This is an excellent Course to understand Food, how to Handel it and most important how to keep it Safe for yourself, Your Staff, Teammates, Colleagues and Most importantly your Guest.
