It was super easy and very informative.

I chose this course from an approved list to meet one of the requirements for opening my home bakery. It was super easy to follow and understand, and the exam was fast and straight forward. I’ll choose this again when I’m required to renew my certification!

Alot of these practices were taught by working in the trade and its great to get confirmation on the things we do correctly and to also gain more info on handling food

extremely informative, I learned plenty of useful information that I could use everywhere besides work. I recommend it to anyone in the food industry or not. it is supper long, so encourage you to take notes especially on the temperatures. I took it in one shot, 4 hours (i know). However, it took longer for me because I took notes.. 40 questions.
