The course was too long and when you get wrong answers on the quiz, it should tell you the right answer afterward. And some of the questions on one quiz weren’t covered until the next section following the quiz–so how was I supposed to know the answer beforehand?

This course was very informative and really easy to follow.
So much fun. Actually the opposite. Took a long time mostly because you can’t skip forward. Basic common knowledge. A lot of info on pharmaceuticals which you don’t need to work in a restaurant or bar. A lot of useless and outdated info basically/
Least expensive, very detailed but easy.
This was a well put together course with nice information such as knowing proper drink serving sizes, checking to make sure people are of age and what the correct proof of it is, and also how to politely refuse giving drink and simultaneously help out the customer and business. It was all pretty straight forward stuff to me. Although there were a few specifically worded questions and answers that have tripped me up a couple of times.

The platform was easy to use and understand. I loved that it was a video in each module and not an essay I had to read.
1- Can not rewind video to review some point that went through too quickly. 2- When accidentally clicked “next module” at the end of the video, must watch all over from the beginning.
I like the platform and way of information sharing. And also if you want to listen to sound you need to use headphones.
My speakers don’t work all that well on my computer and I had a hard time trying to hear but depended mostly on the caption that only worked less than half the time per videos. I am also hearing impaired and rely on what I can see, read and what is left of my hearing to hear what they are saying. I am disappointed with the overall training.
I have gained valuable knowledge about food safety, customer safety, and disease prevention precautions.
This is my 3rd Manager level training and my 1st online experience for training. I found the course content to be very thorough and beneficial from the standpoint that I could access the content at a variety of times that suited my busy schedule. I highly recommend this AAA Food Handler course.
