After taking the AAA food manager training course, I found the course to be very fun and exciting. Prior to the course, I was concerned it would not hold my interest due to it not being fun and very overwhelming because of the large amount of content. However, after finishing the course, it was a great experience because it held my interests, the pictures and lighting of each module were great, and all of the interactive content helped with the learning process. Even though it was a lot of content, it was well taught and easy to understand throughout the course, and it did not leave me feeling overwhelmed or anxious.
