I’ve been over due to take this course for almost two years. I kept putting it off and my boss forgot about it. I never forgot and I knew it would come up again. I am the manager of the front of house, so the food prep information is not in my wheelhouse. I was worried it would be not relevant and difficult. I am pleasantly surprised that this was not the case. And as a matter of fact, much of the information I already knew and was well versed in. The class was clear, concise and informative. I am so happy to finally get this completed.
