There were many modules but I was surprised how easy it was to get through everything. The information was useful and straight forward. I would suggest also supplying an outline or summary notes to follow along with.

What skills this course has taught me
This course has taught me how to identify foodborne illness, identify the relationship between foodborne illness, biological hazards, physical hazards, chemical hazards, cross contamination, identify the relationship between foodborne illness and personal hygiene, identify symptoms of foodborne illness and when it needs to be reported. I was able to understand the relationship between time and temperature to prevent foodborne illness. I understood the hazards of serving undercooked meat products. I was able to state required minimum cooking temperatures and times. Identify food allergens and symptoms associated with an allergic reaction. Understand the importance of dishes, equipment, and facility that is properly designed, constructed, installed, maintained, cleaned and sanitized. Identify Critical Control Points to prevent foodborne illness throughout the flow of food from receiving to serving.
