Honestly this entire experience was horrible, it took 3 hours, videos wouldnt play or load properly at times, and it was not fully accessible to hearing impared. This site is a horrible excuse for an exam and needs to be scrapped and remade

To earn your Alcohol Server Certificate, you need to score 70% or higher on the final exam. You’ll be given up to two attempts to pass.
