Course needs to be reevaluated - WAY TOO BROAD
This course gave me 10% of useful information for my job and some of that was just common sense. Went through hours of watching videos on what temperatures to cook meats at when I don’t work at an establishment that sells meat at all. Should have different courses for different jobs. Not everyone is handling the same food. This feels like a waste of time and money.

This is very well put together, plenty of information. Short quiz after a few modules refreshes memory and the interactive bits kept me interested.
Food Handler's Permit on Steroids!
Although it was very lengthy, I feel that many people who plan on working in the food service industry should have the knowledge that was presented by this training course. I know that this will help me to become the best version of myself as the manager of my restaurant, and a leader for my team.

Informative and to the point
This course is informative and to the point but a few things I would make better are; making sure the volume is the same throughout each course or module, I found it difficult to hear some of the slides even though the volume was completely turned up on my end. Making the capabilities of rewinding on all modules would be helpful for those who wish to take notes, I found that some videos breezed through viable information and if I did not pause the video in time I would have to rewatch the entire video again to get to the part that I wanted to hear again (only some videos were unable to fast forward and rewind). Also, not using a voice generator for every slide would make it slightly more personable and definitely more interesting. I do like that you have to continue clicking on to the next slides and the review questions after each section, it kept me intrigued during the entire course.
