Food Manager Reviews
4.9
Great learning experience, easy to navigate and access.
This training course laid out all the information needed to know about being a food manager. This is my first time taking these training modules. The videos and quizzes at the end of each module helped me further understand the information presented.
I like how this training is easy to understand and direct.
I’ve given 4 stars because I’m forced to give a review before the examination which I think is premature which I feel takes a star way but from the content that was provided I thought it was clear and concise and taught me a few things.
The training was concise and the presentation of information was easy to follow and understand. The training was engaging. I would recommend this training!
I like all the features that these modules except I need a speed feature to make all the instruction and questions to speed up (just like youtube offering a speed option). I have two master degrees and working on my third one so I am familiar with learning patterns and I would be more than greatly appreciated that I can learn at a fast speed and to expand my learning much more efficiently.
I learned a lot from taking this course. I’ve learned about things that I knew already but better solutions, also learned of things that will help out a lot in my kitchen that I will be able to pass down to employees. Thank y’all so much for y’all’s help.

I believe the classes on line were more educational and informative then the classes i have taken in person and the relinquish more information then the books offer you i enjoyed my classes..
I wish there was a way to scroll through parts of the videos. It was frustrating to be taking notes during the videos and miss something because there was no way for me to move back a little bit and catch it. The only option is to start the video over at the beginning.
Good I learned a lot
