Separating topics by modules is great

October 20, 2025

This was the most informative and easy to follow trainings. It was separated in modules that made sense and when topics are separated by modules, it uplifts topics necessary for good food handlers.

Navigation was awkward

October 2, 2025

I learned some new things from this course, even though I have taken this type of course many times before. I liked the fresh, colorful images used in the course. I kept thinking, “I want to eat that food.”

It was often difficult to recognize when the course wanted input other than clicking Next Module. It was visually unclear that I was supposed to do something else in order to progress. This led to having to go back and redo a module unnecessarily. I felt like the Next Module button shouldn’t have worked if I wasn’t ready to proceed. That, at least, would have prompted me to look for another needed input.

MSG info is outdated

October 1, 2025

The course mentions MSG as a negative in food. The crusade against MSG over the last few decades has been proven to be a racially fueled campaign to drive Chinese and other Asian owned restaurants out of business. To not remove and alter that information and acknowledge this only serves to perpetuate a racist anti Asian Rhetoric. I hope you will recognize that continuing to say and spread this misinformation is harmful.

Great Training

August 23, 2025

This course is easy to navigate, very straight forward, and very informative. I have taken this course many times over the years and its always a great refresher especially wnen you have moved or changed companies and you realize some of the things that may need to be shared or taken care of that were already done at your prior establishment so they were kindof out of sight out of mind and this course gives you the easy answers to correct those issues.
