The AI voice was a bit distracting at first but then I got used to it. The lessons were short and to the point and incorporated several learning styles – visual, auditory and written. One criticism is that you can pause the lesson but rewinding takes you back to the very beginning, so I couldn’t repeat something I missed without having to listen to the whole lesson again.
Great training!
Proof that common sense is not so common. Painful till the very last second.
It was quick very straightforward and the exam was cake!

loved this course
Course is great. Slow, with the need to advance pages often, but it keeps you engaged so you don’t get distracted. I wish it were easy to go back and review. It seems you can only start at the beginning and go through the class again. That would be a nice feature to upgrade once you have completed the entire course.
This is very informative and is presented well

great training
Going in, I was not expecting much from this course. The voice over seemed to be computer generated, and the course presentation was extremely sanitized and uninteresting. However, despite covering many topics I already knew, there was still a good amount of content I had no prior knowledge of beforehand, and I ended up learning a fair bit. If your student can get through the dry first impression this course gives off, and has the patience to trudge through some common knowledge early on, I believe they can learn a lot, and become more effective at preparing food safely.
When I originally started this course I dreaded that it would be like courses I had taken in the past. To my surprise it was not. This went a lot quicker than I thought while still containing all the information required.
I love the simple explanation, clean layout and visual learning of the course. Very easy for my employees to understand as well.
very well laid out and designed. covered all major points and learned what information I needed from it.

It was an awesome course & very good explained
Very useful information but takes to long.
I learned many things that I did not know. Only suggestion, is that I would have liked to have had the ability to review certain items without having to re-listen to the entire module. Else really appreciate the education which I will incorporate into personal use.
