Good review, some questions were asked in pretest that were not reviewed until the next unit.
Good course. I really just needed a refresher and this course did that.
Thank you
AAA Food Handler presented the course material in a logical, user-friendly, well-chunked style, allowing learners of varying levels the ability to process and understand the material. It was a smooth learning experience and I feel prepared to take the exam and continue my work as a food safety manager.
Information was well organized and kept interest for the most part. Due to my knowledge in these areas already, it would be nice to have the option of going at different speeds, 1.25 or 1.5 or 1.75 or 2.0. This allows us to go slow if we need more review, and faster to just go over stuff we know well. No option means a 4 stay review. Because I couldn’t change the speed for different modules, I literally fell asleep on modules that were familiar to me – twice. That’s not good, in case I miss something. I pay attention better when I know I’m not wasting my time, and when I’m managing my time well, I speed up videos.
El curso es bien instructivo sobre como se debe proceder, y las bacterias y patógenos. Lo explica todo muy bien y luego las preguntas fijan el conocimiento.
Informative and interactive

Smooth and fast learning!
It doesn’t give you a progress bar. It’s overall incredibly hard to navigate and then when you finish it’s really hard to find your certificate. Mine didn’t prompt me to do anything and didn’t show up in the certificate sections so I had to contact customer service.
