Great food safety manager course, The support is excellent.
I found this course to be very educational and informative. I Especially liked learning about Time and Temperature and food borne illness.
I learned a lot of very important facts I never knew or thought could affect my business this program was a self pace course and helped me truly understand the importance of what I really needed to know and I would recommend this program course to anyone that’s looking to learn the right way of being a Food Manager of a kitchen or restaurant!
I would recommend. Easy to understand. Audio is not annoying and the price was the most competitive.
Covers the basics albeit maybe in a more nonchalant way than I’m used to.
good class. easy to listen to
it was a great training tool!!!
A bit pricy for contents but good overall
I was able to learn all about the proper etiquette for a food service setting in a timely manner.
Me gustaron mucho los videos de preparación , muy entretenidos y entendibles.
Easy
I feel as if the videos gave good information and insights about both topics. It will most definitely help me manage my skills more when working in the kitchen .
This was a good experience.
Some of the questions were asked before the module explained them leading me to get some answers wrong, but other than that it was a pretty seamless experience as far as the modules go.
Very informative and easy to navigate.
AI voiceover with stock footage and no significant information.
My proctor was an insane person and when I got disconnected (because of her) I could not get back online. I cant take the exam currently and already reached out to support but will have to do it again to get access to the exam.
Each module was fast and to the point and I appreciate how informative it was!

great info! i learned so much
very good course
good
I was surprised at how much I learned.
The training is very easy to follow and has very clear directions which I appreciate! I agree that some of this training is important, however, it is quite long and some information is quite unnecessary. The titles of the laws and rules and codes, specific names and details of prescription drugs and hallucinogens are a few examples of the unnecessary information.
This informative and general training was very helpful for me. There was a lot I did not know.
Great

Videos were quick and very understandable
Quick and easy
it’s a good course
Really easy to understand in simple terms,
I think this training was easy to follow however I think some of the shorter modules could have been combine to make for less clicking.
EFFECTIVE AND APPROPRIATE
The training flowed and was easy to follow. Wish there was a 2x speed option for people who have been food safe certified before, but it’s been a while so that we can review more quickly.
Pretty comprehensive. I certainly took a lot of notes while trying to keep up. I wish there was the option to reverse or skip forward in the videos in order to reach specific timestamps, but that’s just a nothing sandwich.
I found that this site was very informative and easily understood.
