Awesome
It would be a lot better if you weren’t forced to watch all 50 min of videos.
no
Taking course with AAA is easy and accessible. It also give me time to study more because i can go back to the module for easy access of studying and reading
For a mandatory course..it was pretty good.

Videos were informative and easy to watch. Test was straightforward.
FatTom si an acronyms that highlights 6 stages bacteria can grow faster in food. These are:
Food – Acidity – Temperature – Time – Oxygen – Moisture.
While all of them are very important to know, for me the stand out one is Temperature. It shows you the diffence between the cooking temperature, the fridge temperature and the danger zone temperature which are some key elemeents to know in order to prevent the growth of bacteria in food.
Comprehensive but easy to follow and understand
It was incredibly hard to stay focused after the 1 hour mark and feel if I didn’t already do food handling training before, I would have struggled with the exam.
It was a good training that was easy to understand and comprehend.
I recently completed the AAA Food Handler Course, and it was an excellent experience! The course was well-organized and easy to follow, with clear explanations of food safety, hygiene, and handling practices. I especially appreciated the practical examples and visual aids, which made it easy to understand important concepts like TCS foods, temperature danger zones, and proper thawing methods.
The interactive quizzes helped reinforce the lessons, and I felt confident applying the knowledge in a real-world kitchen setting. Overall, the course was engaging, informative, and very user-friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their food safety skills and meet certification requirements.

I like the explanation way they did
I’m thankful there wasn’t a bunch of fluff but enough context to make everything make perfect sense. This is my first time taking a Food Manager course and this one was clear and helped me feel confident for my exam. My only critique would be that it would have been nice to see how much time I had left or how many slides/modules I had left so I could have planned my day better. I ended up having to take the course over 2 days because I did not allow enough time on the first day.
GREAT LAYOUT – EASY TO FOLLOW

The demonstration muddied the waters between criminal offenses and license revocations regarding server to client interactions. The program gives off the impression that business owners will do whatever it takes to distance themselves from irresponsible servers and forego accountability to avoid repercussions when it comes to the employees they license to serve alcohol. Many of the questions on reviews involved answers that were deemed incorrect when the trainee is directed to choose a revocation of employees’ license or potential criminal charges based on the employee’s actions, revocation being the correct answer. The trainee should not be inclined to choose between two answers that are deemed as nuanced when both outcomes are possible.

Just when I thought this course would never end…it did. I learned lots of information I will never forget. The course is pretty much common sense but you will need to take notes on things you aren’t sure of. I only had to do one course twice but I knew what I had gotten wrong and I got 100% on the next go round.

Very good information glad I have the opportunity to take this class.
I enjoyed this course and even learned some new things. You go into it thinking that most of these concepts are common sense, which a lot of it is, but it goes into deeper detail about other aspects that I didn’t even consider
