.
Good questions ,
The course was simple & therefore easy to follow/understand. In addition, it also wasn’t very long. It’s concise.
The training was very informative and included all necessary details required to perform as a food handler.
I think it would be more beneficial if there were short quizzes in between modules so we can make sure we are understanding what is being said and get them correct
Great and very informative, glad to get my food handlers finally.
While doing this course I learned how it’s important to maintain a clean environment and being clean yourself helps everyone to stay safe from any type of disease. I learned that food borne is contagious. In 1993 when E.Coli outbreak happened about 732 people were infected, 178 people with permanent injuries and 4 children died from being infected by others.
It was a good training course to learn and get educated with things you will need to learn to have a good and safe food environment.
It was okay just a long course took a lot of time
Good
Very informative and useful information.

Clear, easy to follow, highly absorbable information offered that is practical and easy to initiate and maintain within our establishment.
there was a lot of new things that I learned today
It wasn’t extremally dry or boring, and was to the point. I would recommend.
good
I really like the course, went through it very easily. Course was very explanatory with pictures and the guided literature . I enjoyed the teaching method with this video . It very easy to get through and they do not give you a lot of information at one time ,they break it down and you take a quiz in between.
I did have a couple of complications of the program needing to be reset, but Tech Support was very helpful and able to help me out with the issue at times the successfully completed at the end of the video would not pop up and we get me stalled for a minute. Tech Support was able to assist very quickly through chat. I would recommend the course to anyone.
Thanks

Very clearly spoken, and well presented slides.
The training offers clear and precise information and explanation on the important issues when preparing food.
This diamond package was a great eye opener and a great way to understand what it means to be a food manager, and I want to thank the creators of the course and how it opened new doors of possibilities and made me a better manager.
