The Course was very informative and very well structured.

i learned alot however my kitchen is pretty much a snack bar so it was alot of info i did not need i wish it could be more tailored to what we do.

i did love how modern and up to date all the pic, videos and people were. I feel like most training vids are from the 70s-80s it seems haha

Great course, and good information

I’ve never taken a food handlers course ever but for my first time it was fairly simple to follow the prompts. The information is clear and concise however, there is a lot of information that is provided and notes are a must. The only downfall is not being able to go back in increments of 10 seconds especially when there is a valuable bit of of information that you want to write down for your notes. If you miss it or aren’t pausing it every 5-10 seconds with subtitles, you will have to watch the video all over again. Overall, GREAT COURSE!

This was very easy to learn from. Good video and graphics. I highly recommend.

I was literally thawing a steak on the counter and put it in the fridge, then watched the section on thawing food. 🙂 Fun stuff.

Does exactly what it needs to, but the artificial voice is grating and the volume is inconsistent

This course was very helpful and taught me a lot of information that I will need when starting a food business. However, as someone who learns through interacting with problems and questions, rather that just watching videos, I think I could have learned more if there were more problems and questions to answer throughout the videos.
