I loved the fact the course can be done at your own pace. As a Manager we know we are always buy and this is very helpful to be able to break it up.

This program is thorough and interesting. It has the main points that will be on the exam and is easily able to span over the time you can accomplish all the modules.

This course is informative and to the point but a few things I would make better are; making sure the volume is the same throughout each course or module, I found it difficult to hear some of the slides even though the volume was completely turned up on my end. Making the capabilities of rewinding on all modules would be helpful for those who wish to take notes, I found that some videos breezed through viable information and if I did not pause the video in time I would have to rewatch the entire video again to get to the part that I wanted to hear again (only some videos were unable to fast forward and rewind). Also, not using a voice generator for every slide would make it slightly more personable and definitely more interesting. I do like that you have to continue clicking on to the next slides and the review questions after each section, it kept me intrigued during the entire course.

It, a bit repetitive…which I understand is a tool used in learning but also makes the process seem even slower than before. Overall the information is good, the videos helpful, and the review quizzes a good way to make sure you retained the knowledge.

Very informative

This course was very insightful and refreshing. I feel that I now have a clearer understanding of how important food safety in kitchen spaces. From learning how to properly wash hands, handle raw and ready to eat foods, and the importance of keeping foods out of the danger zone. The lessons that especially peaked my interest were cleaning and sanitation and preventing cross contamination. This is very important and everyone show be taught this lesson. I feel that I am more confident and prepared in my ability to ensure appropriate business practices while also protecting the health of my customers.

Yes, I got distracted and bored at times. but this was much less than most courses. The voice was pleasant to listen to and I liked the drawings.
