Taking this course as a refresher since I had already taken one for a different region is really helpful and really digs the information deep into my brain.

I think we can admit going through a full training course for food handling again after yours expired, is tedious. But this was a breeze to get through! The questions were the word for word explanations you got prior to the test.

Very easy to follow and you have the ability to break up the course so you don’t have to do it all at once. Only feedback is sometimes the information was given quickly before moving to the next slide – it would be helpful to pause so we can jot things down. Otherwise it was great!

I have been certified before, through a different course. This course was full of important information. Although it took quite some time to go through all the videos, it was definitely informative and i feel i have the knowledge base i need to succeed at my place of business.

Accidentally moving forward and trying to return to previous spot was impossible. You have to restart the who section even if you knew which spot you left off.quiz is too slow moving and buttons had to be tapped multiple times to move on.

Most of the information is what we are already trained to do, but there were things that were new to me and I’m glad I learned here, rather than having to experience them, firsthand at work and be confused.
