Health Department Approved Food Handler Card Polk County – Training & Certification

This is my first experience to complete successfully, the Food Handler certification. It was amazing to learn to prep, serve and store the food. I was doing theses activities at my home kitchen, so during the training I was learning with the intension to apply it in my kitchen in addition to the business. I will recommend this training to all adults working at home or the business kitchen.

This training is a requirement but it was so damn glitchy that I almost had a meltdown. I ended up having to rewatch/listen to almost every single segment because it wouldn’t allow me to continue 90% of the sections even though I’d watch it all the way through. I had to watch multiple segments 3 or even 4 times before the dang thing would let me proceed! It was the most frustrating certificate class I’ve ever had to partake in.

I genuinely enjoyed the course. Very informative and presented in a way that was practical and easy to understand. Loved learning new information that the general food worker class doesn’t expand on.

I just opened a Mobile Food Truck, and being new to the industry, having access to the AAA Food Manager training was great! The course very informative, and manageable. I certain fell more confident while on food industry serving my community and beyond.

Not only was the training effective in knowing the detriments of not be cautious in the workplace, but several of the modules were applicable outside of food handling services.
