Helpful, specific, thorough
Although a lot of this information isn’t necessary for my job specifically, it’s helpful to know in general as basic knowledge.
Simple, engaging modules. Easy to pay attention and to complete. Took me the full 1.5 hrs, but only one evening and only one try on the exam to pass.
It was a good review of practices we have learned previously. I appreciate going through it to keep on top of this important process of serving our students appropriately.

This trainig wasn't too bad. It was quick, easy and informative
Informative and easy to follow
Very basic course
They covered the bare minimum required, then tested on material not covered in the course. Thankfully, this was a refresher so I knew the answers, but would not recommend as a first place of learning.
It helped with a lot and made me understand more about the dos and don't of working with food.
