Pretty mediocre training with no flow.

Frequently asked questions in which the answers were given and covered in the following section. For example the question about trichinosis being related to pork (which they didn’t even actually cover in a later section), or the fact that they used the term potable dozens of times before defining it in one of the last few modules. Honestly had I known what this was going to “teach” me I would have skipped straight to scheduling a test. I learned from googling the etymology on the FBI’s then I did from any one of these modules. Furthermore the robotic voice would frequently glitch, change tones, and generally sound choppy. Not to mention the sections (particularly the handwashing one) in which I could select my prompts in any order resulting in a convoluted albeit hilarious mess of instructions about the topics. For anyone actually reading this review, I highly recommend skipping the videos and going straight to the to the test, especially if you’ve spent any amount of time ACTUALLY working in a restaurant.
