The food handlers card exam was very informational and easy to listen to and follow. The material was presented clearly, which made the test easy to take. It was a little long, but overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing their card.

I actually found this training to be both informative and helpful.

This is my second time needing my Food Manager Certificate. Five years ago, I took the course through a different company and although I passed the exam, I wasn’t pleased with the course that the company provided. This time I chose AAA and am glad that I did. The course was clear, concise and thorough.

I always find it helpful to go back and reread and/or study old material that will help me in the kitchen. This course was great!

Great important information that was explained practically, easy to put into practice.

Good information, well presented. might have been goof for a bit more time on temperatures,, although, we always have the chart easily accessible for accurate temps.

I thought the course was very insightful and interesting. The only thing that was strange was some of the summary questions at the end of a section were asking a question where the topic/answer wasnt discussed until the following section. I onlynoticed this once or twice though. otherwise would reccomend this course to a friend or coworker!

I liked everything about this program. I was able to do it my pace.

This course was easy to follow along, and did a great job at explaining all concepts. I like that they have a mini review quiz after each section, those really helped lock in the information that was just went over.

Id’ recommend this course to anybody who needs this done. It was very straightforward and engaging compared to other trainings that I had to complete.

Great information. Things have sure changed since I got my last Serv Safe certification in the industry. Happy that I went through the course and education as an owner of a restaurant.

The course was cool. It would have been nice to have a printable manual to actually read. Some people do better with reading than watching video’s.

This food handler course was a fantastic experience. The content was clear, well-structured, and easy to follow. I learned a lot about food safety, and the information provided was practical and directly applicable to my work. I highly recommend this course to anyone who needs to get certified. It was a great use of my time, and I feel much more confident in my food handling skills now.

Great class but don’t know my score just that I passed. Also, at this point do not know if I receive a card or certificate or anything.

Straight forward and easy to follow, but I wish close captioning is available on all videos and stayed. Every new module I have to click “CC” almost each time.
