I found this course to be very educational and informative. I Especially liked learning about Time and Temperature and food borne illness.

I learned a lot of very important facts I never knew or thought could affect my business this program was a self pace course and helped me truly understand the importance of what I really needed to know and I would recommend this program course to anyone that’s looking to learn the right way of being a Food Manager of a kitchen or restaurant!

Some of the questions were asked before the module explained them leading me to get some answers wrong, but other than that it was a pretty seamless experience as far as the modules go.

My proctor was an insane person and when I got disconnected (because of her) I could not get back online. I cant take the exam currently and already reached out to support but will have to do it again to get access to the exam.

I was surprised at how much I learned.

The training is very easy to follow and has very clear directions which I appreciate! I agree that some of this training is important, however, it is quite long and some information is quite unnecessary. The titles of the laws and rules and codes, specific names and details of prescription drugs and hallucinogens are a few examples of the unnecessary information.

This informative and general training was very helpful for me. There was a lot I did not know.
