The course was fine, but some of the questions were written poorly or the answers were grammatically incorrect.

Useful information; quite a lot but is in most part common sense. Visuals and quizzes kept the attention of the testee and helped retain information.

The training is thorough and easy to apply. Flows well, the review quizzes cover the material and sometimes offer questions that make you think. It’s money well spent.

This food saftey course brushes over the most important parts with the different food processes of receiving, processing, maintaining, and serving. As a lot of the information has been common sense, it is a good reminder to relearn as it’s important to make sure the food is safe for the customers to eat. I did also learn a lot of valuable information about the different food temperatures I didn’t know before taking the course. Overall, I would recommend this to every food manager even if not all the sections apply to them.

Thank you for heaving this curse in spanish, is more easy to understand in my mother tong, but overall it is a very intuitive, easy and comprensive curse!
