Very informative and easy to navigate so I really enjoyed this training.

All the information was clear and easy to understand, the course was quick and efficient. Covered all the important information needed. Sometimes the video would lag or the audio wouldn’t work on my iPhone but refreshing the page quickly fixed the problem. My phone didn’t work in the section where you have to hover for more information, but switching to my laptop solved any and all problems indefinitely. In the exam I got one or two questions that weren’t covered in the material but I still passed the exam on my first try anyway.

It was a pretty easy straight forward course

The Layout was perfect, and the lady narrating had an easy to listen to voice

I learn lot of things new today

Overall the course was pretty good, but not every video had close captioning and even ones that had the option of close captioning, it did not always work. Please fix this to make it accessible! Also, I think there could be more checkpoint questions to make sure we are understanding the material throughout the course.

I think this course works. I’m actually not sure because I’m writing this before I take the exam. I don’t really understand the steps I need to take to send in my application, I assumed the company would have done that.

Bite-size modules and reviews reinforce learning and make it easier for the learner to retain the information presented. Great

Liked going at my own pace, liked the mini quizzes here and there. Videos were easy to follow and informative.

This training was not painful at all. Each module was concise and highlighted information need. I appreciate reviews and quizzes provided at the end of each module. It allowed for information retention.

I would recommend this training to others.

The videos were easy to understand, the direccions of how to handle the food and personal higiene are clear and the way that are presented is interesting.

Presentation was out of order, clearly done by A.I. voice generation. However, it was worth what I paid for it.
