Food Handler Card Clark County – Official Training & Certification

Great except a couple times I got interrupted and had to watch entire sections over again.

This is the 2nd time taking the exam. It packs a lot of information in an easy to follow along process. Final exam asked clear questions.

I failed my first exam but when I actually took the time the second time watching the videos and taking notes and study it became easier I passed the second time it was still long but I did it very easy to understand and just do things.

I really enjoyed the training, I was thinking I knew most of the information that was going to be covered, but it covered so much more than I had expected.

THE COURSE WAS VERY LONG BUT KEPT MY ATTENTION, I APPRECIATED MARIA AND HER ENTHUSIASTIC VOICE. IT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND LEARNED A LOT. I APPRECIATED THAT I WAS ABLE TO START AND STOP AND REVIEW. OVERALL THOROUGHLY ENJOYED IT.

This training was excellent and straight to the point. Easy to follow with clear and concise illustrations to coincide with text. Would surely recommend to anyone needing this training!!

I’m using this course to be certified for a food booth I’m starting soon. I really enjoyed how clear and easy to understand the videos were and I liked being able to test my knowledge at the end of each session. I feel I have some valuable information to pass on to anyone I work with and a basic understanding of how to share it too.

The information was good, but the experience of taking the course was frustrating for several reasons: (1) You can not rewind!!!! If you miss something you have to watch the whole thing just to get that one tiny pc of info! Adds more time! (2) If you don’t click “next module” fast enough, it starts all over again, and you can’t go to the next module until current is complete, even though you already watched it. (3) If you click on “next module” too soon, it forces you to watch the whole thing all over again!!! (4) They speak too fast! Sometimes you miss what they say, and some of what they say is not on the screen.(5) The handbook/booklet is not available until the end of the course!

The training used a bot voice which is kind of boring but bearable.

It took way longer than it should have because it wouldn’t let me move to the next module after completing it and i was ready to crash out

Excellent course, very clear and organized. I love the small quizzes after each module.

I found the process to be very informative. It was easy to follow and understand. I learned many new things.

Cross contamination can cause a lot of problems in the food service industry.

Easy course

Most of the exam was common sense, and the modules were easy to manage to get through. I played them using my AirPods while driving, at the gym, and at home, and got through them in one afternoon/evening.

I enjoyed learning from this comprehensive training to improve the safety of handling food to customers.
