Took right about an hour and a half, like it said it would. The videos did have an automated voice, which was okay. The animations were decent, so it wasn’t awful sitting through it. Gave a good overview of food handling safety.

This course was relatively quick. Everything presented was done so in a simple, easy to understand way and was also quick and to the point. I took notes, but I feel that the review questions along the way were helpful and I probably didn’t need the extra notes I have.

This training was very informative and easy to follow. It was great that you could go at your own pace, especially in my case where I needed to break it up into different times do to my busy schedule. I liked that I could go back to certain points of the video if needed and I could rewatch all together if there were any points I felt like I didn’t fully comprehend while watching. I also appreciate that captions were available! I have a difficult time hearing, so that is a very useful tool for someone like me!

Straightforward. Tells you everything you need to know. I wish the loading between modules was faster. It took about 1.5 hours. Exam is 40 questions and not difficult.

I like the fact that I could work at my own pace. I have been very preoccupied with life that I could not finish my modules. However, I was able to log on when peace came into my existence. I was able to pass my class because I did it when I was ready. Thank You This is just the beginning.
