Food Handler Card Clark County – Official Training & Certification

This is my first experience to complete successfully, the Food Handler certification. It was amazing to learn to prep, serve and store the food. I was doing theses activities at my home kitchen, so during the training I was learning with the intension to apply it in my kitchen in addition to the business. I will recommend this training to all adults working at home or the business kitchen.

Interesting and informative lessons and facts to know about what should be standard procedures in food serving establishments …taking notes helps there is a lot to know and use in everyday handling of food at home as well as at work.

The food handlers course was easy to follow and gave clear and precise information. I was able to follow along without any issues. I also appreciated that I was able to sign out when I needed to step away for other obligations, then return right back where is was in the review process. The test didn’t take long either and based on the review information, was easy to pass.
