I like how the course is broken up into several mini sections. It makes it much easier to focus and learn.

It felt disjointed at times. and some videos still need captioning. maybe make it so captions stay on between videos?

THE COURSE HIGHLIGH ALL AREA THAT NEED IN ORDER TO PROPERLY HANDLE AND PREPARE FOOD IN ORDER TO PREVENT UNNECESSARY ILLINESS OF CUSTOMER AND THE AREA OF CLEANESS OF SELF AND THAT OF THE FACILITY IN ORDER TO KEEP EVERYTHING IN WELL AND CONTROL MATTER THE COURSE WAS EDUCATIONAL AND A WELL PREPARED IN ORDER TO HELP ME EDUCATED THE ONE’S UNDER MY SUPERVISION.

All too often, people don’t realize the importance of handwashing. Not only for personal hygiene but also when touching something that could be potentially hazardous when handling food. I feel that part of this training was explained the best.

I guess I didn’t need to take all these notes because that aspect of it was stressful to me, however, I’m glad I did because it makes retaining the information better. This information is very important and it’s great knowledge to have if you work in this business.

The course was extremely thorough, and easy to follow. They were very helpful when I needed to extend my learning course prior to my exam and I felt like they really cared.

I’ve gotten my food handlers’ certification and this course taught me more then the lasts 2. I enjoyed the presentations and the pace the course went.

I already knew a good chunk of the information in this course, however there was also a lot of important information as well that I wasn’t fully aware of too. The course was very descriptive and easy to understand. Would recommend to anyone working in food service.
