i have a suggestion – this must be a class in high schools, withe the exam at the end. many of them high schoolers will go to work to food establishment. at least they will be familiar with standards and requirements

Air dryers
Only comment would be to avoid using an air dryer after hand washing. Studies have shown that this is the worst way to dry hands because of the germs being blown out and promoting cross contamination of the surrounding area. The best way would be to air dry and second would be with paper towels/napkins.
