buen curso, muy informativo
Informative yet repetitive
This course of course must cover everything that is required by state laws for someone in the Food Manager position to know, but if you’ve been in the industry for any length of time you’ve undoubtedly done multiple mandatory food handlers trainings, and ALL of that is duplicated in this course.
The information regarding the different types of illnesses was super enlightening and not included in my local courses, and the more definitive information regarding sanitation testing and breakdowns and proper storage/receiving procedures was very well received.
I might not have completely enjoyed the time that I spent during this course, but I definitely learned quite a bit and will be working to integrate and implement these lessons into my workplace.

All the slides were very detail-oriented and easy to understand.
Convenient and Thorough
I’ve had to Certify a few times now, and I’ve done both in-person classes and AAA Online Course; AAA Online Course was cheaper, more convenient, and just as thorough and informative as in-person classes, and I was able to do it on my own time.
