Very informative and great information to increase food safety awareness for my business
A clear and enjoyable Food Handler Manager Certification experience
I truly enjoyed how flexible and informative this course was. The modules were clear and easy to comprehend with the option to repeat them as many times as you like incase something was missed or unclear. I also like the mini quizes after each module which you can also redo at will. This is great option to refresh your knowledge of earlier chapter as you proceed to later modules or perhaps had a time lapse where you were not able to attend the course for a few days. The amount of information contained in this course is priceless and I walked away feeling far more knowledgable and confident about SAFE food handling and food related procedures. I HIGHLY recommend!!
Evaluation of course
I liked the ability to go over the lessons more than once. The training is very clear and understandable. I have ADHD so the practice testing is amazing for someone with my challenges. This is the first time that I’ve been exposed to these topics and the lessons are very helpful.

This course was very easy to follow. Every module was simple to understand
Good Training but
It would be nice to be able to scroll back or rewind the videos during the courses. I was handwriting notes and would have to either pause very often or rewatch a whole video just to get one detail i missed towards the end.
