i have being trying to get my food certification to open my home care business and i just did it
to every one out there who is thinking about going for their food licensing but is afraid that it is too hard just put your mind at ease it is just common sense awash your hands before and after everything u do . I will be following all food and safety guideline and to ensure that my staff and i do the right thing.

Pretty Good Not Perfect
The random quizzes can be confusing because they ask questions that have not be cover at the point of the quiz. So, you end up guessing on some of the quiz questions then learning the answers after you resume the course. Someone needs to proofread the course to correct these. Also, I think you should be able to print the course out so it can be studied like a workbook.

I found that the course was in depth and informative. it has prepared me to be aware and conscious of the actions of myself and staff to protect the health of our customers.

I was able to complete the learning part of the course in one sitting..it was presented in a logical fashion and had reviews and quizzes during each section. I was able to pause and rejoin the instruction a few times with no issues..Highly recommended.

I found this method of studying helpful for the way that I learn. Looking forward to practice testing with confidence after all that information!
