Non-potentially hazardous foods such as baked goods (without cream or custard), jams, jellies, candies, dry mixes, granola, and other shelf-stable products are allowed. These foods must be shelf-stable and not require refrigeration.

I had a bit of technical difficulties but overall the course was pretty fine. But, looking back I was able to learn a lot, though i wish i were able to click to certain places in the video to rewatch instead of rewatching the entire video but overall a pretty informational course.
