Fast and basic

November 6, 2025

Class was extremely basic hitting all mandatory topics. Video segments “modules” are 30 secs – 2 mins each requiring you to click 3 separate areas before moving to the next slide in the same topic. Time consuming and pointless. Could not rewind to hit a point again, rather rewatch whole module. Videos on Food Storage/Safety suddenly went silent and when they began to replay, they were overlayed with previous slide sound and current slide sound.
