This course was very easy to follow and made things easy to understand. Only took about an hour to complete and it went smoothly. Everything was well planned out and organized. I recommend everyone take this course when getting into the food business or even volunteering in a snack bar.

Direct and comprehensive course that makes learning faster and easier.

The course material was well organized and the flow of understanding was comprehensive. I appreciated that I could pause the videos to take notes and replay as I needed. I wish there was a handout I could keep with the main points for easy reference.

The class was helpful. The computerized voice was not super pleasant but it got the job done I suppose.. It is very bad practice to demand a review prior to taking the test. I might have given it 5 stars but as I am only 1/2 complete, I could not offer a true opinion.

The course was quite informative & very thorough throughout.

The training covers the entire process, functions & duties of a food manager/food establishment owner.

It’s well known, Food can easily & seriously harm people & worse!…

I love how this course is very focused on reminding the student of that fact!..

Repeatedly brining focus back to the seriousness of not properly controlling foods.

I’ve already paid for the Allergens course also,

It’s not required for my area but I like the extra added safety of being informed.

My wife and daughter will be taking the food handler course also as they will be helping in our food business.

I 100% recommend this course for all your needs in food & safety training….

I understand laws and info can be boring but there are ways to present in an interesting way. This was really difficult to get through, it was dry and boring. I usually don’t have any issues with stuff like this.

I learned a lot. But the speaker spoke to fast and it was difficult to stop her where I needed more time to take notes. If I wanted to rewind I had to listen to the whole module again.

Despite my very busy and demanding lifestyle, work, family and time for self, I was able to fit in completion of the course and exam. I really like that I was able to start the course, take a break and pick up where I left off. I learned a lot as well in the course and appreciate having the availability of this great online tool.
