You will be given a brief explanation of each section revolving Different types of contamination, thermometers, flow of food, food allergies, handwashing, personal hygiene, injuries, cleaning and sanitizing, pest control, policies before taking the final exam, a passing grade is roughly around 70% and it comes with a video!..
