Informative yet slightly unprofessional wordage.

February 19, 2021

However informative, the presentation and word usage seemed mildly unprofessional and should be considered to be updated. The mention of this business being woman and minority owned, as well as the random information about “”Maria,”” is also not important to the presentation as it wastes the time of the student. Please consider representing a more professional source to food handler’s cards.

Some of the pre-test questions weren’t as clear as they could have been; though they may not have been important to the final score, it was disappointing to answer “”incorrectly”” to a question that could have multiple answers.
