easy if a little time consuming

I still like the speed of old days when I could just walk in and take the test right away or reread a packet of information to brush up on anything if I felt I needed it. You could read the packet in 15 minutes and then take the test and be done with it. This felt similar to when you to take a driver safety course, like as punishment they soak up more time than is necessary to complete the test.
