La manipulación de alimentos debe hacerse de forma correcta y cuidadosa ya que una mala práctica puede llegar a enfermar a una persona y dañar la reputación del restaurante por eso es importante mantener las temperaturas correctas lo frío frío y lo caliente caliente y también es importante que las carnes o alimentos que estén descongelándose no pasen más del tiempo reglamentario que son 4 horas antes de la zona de súper peligro donde crecen los patógenos, cada vez que vallamos a manipular alimentos es importante hacer la limpieza de manos correctamente e inmediatamente colocarse guantes.
