New Hampshire does not have county-specific food handler card requirements. A standard ANAB accredited food handler card is generally accepted statewide. However, you should check with your local health department or employer for specific requirements.
While not required by the state, completing a food safety course from an ANAB accredited provider is recommended. These online courses cover essential topics like personal hygiene, cross-contamination, time and temperature control, and cleaning and sanitizing.

New Hampshire permits the sale of non-potentially hazardous foods, including baked goods, jams, jellies, dry mixes, granola, candies, and other shelf-stable products. These items must not require refrigeration.
Cottage food operators can earn up to $35,000 annually without requiring a Homestead Food License. Exceeding this threshold necessitates obtaining a license from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.
New Hampshire requires cottage food producers to complete a Food Handler certificate to ensure they follow safe food handling practices when preparing and selling homemade foods.

The Course was easy to follow and organized in a way that made sense. The option of being able to complete the course and the exam online made it super simple and fast.
It was fun and easy training
It was easy and fun
This was extremely easy, informative, and understandable. It was not insanely time consuming and I was able to easily retain information. I enjoyed the short videos and how it was interactive at times. If you watch all of the videos, you will easily be able to pass the end exam. 10/10 would recommend.

The process for what is required is convenient. Just 2-3 questions seem like more than one answer could apply, but over all, it was clear and easy to understand.

I like the training because it was easy to understand. The modules are clear and precise.
I loved how interactive it was, it wasn’t boring. I loved the review questions after each section, it prepared me well for the test
it was very informative! I liked when talking about certain rules and procedures we are given examples of real life events that really express the importance of being thorough.
I dont want to leave a review until i take the test.
Great materials to keep your business running smoothly. Very infomative and easy to understand.
This course was very easy to follow. Every module was simple to understand
It would be nice to be able to scroll back or rewind the videos during the courses. I was handwriting notes and would have to either pause very often or rewatch a whole video just to get one detail i missed towards the end.
great course, very in-depth.
This course was easily to follow and easy to navigate! I recommend 10 out of 10 to anyone looking for a Managers or Food Handlers course.
This was so much better than I expected and so much better than sitting in a classroom!
I learned a lot. Thanks for making it entertaining and by sections.
I have taken this course for Food Manager. The videos teach you each and every thing that is required for the exam. The quizes and sample tests help you prepare for the exam.
Looking forward for the actual exam.
Thank you.
This was extensive training that improved my knowledge of food safety
This was the most easy to follow and understand online class I have taken
This isn’t a terribly hard concept, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to teach.
The course is well structured and organized. I believe I’m ready for this test (we’ll see!).
The only note I have is that I wish they would hire a real voice actress and not use text-to-speech. That tech makes it much harder to stay focused and a voice actor can do a better job conveying the concepts covered in the course. There were multiple times where I had to spend some time relistening because of the text-to-speech robotic cadence had me thinking they were saying something slightly different than the text (especially with lists).
very informative easy to follow
Covers everything in detail
