This class was very easy to learn and follow.
Hi, Course was overall informative, but I noticed discrepancies in some of the sample questions that are confusing toward acquiring this certification
Informative and excellent training course. I feel that I’ve gained a lot of knowledge from taking this course and will recommend it to all of my colleagues.
I was really scared to take this step in my journey to opening my bakery. But this course was clear in it’s presentation of all the information that needed to be addressed. It was the graphics that helped me the best! They were slow and pertained to exactly what was being presented. I liked the multiple choice review quizzes at the end of sections! That helped to calm me down — knowing that I could do this! 🙂
good training
The course was easy to follow and informative.
Found the course to be easy to understand and quick to get through.
Very informative. I learned a lot of necessary things to make me better at my job.
I believe this is the right course of action for me. The instructor did an amazing job at teaching me the proper knowledge about Management Food Safety. I am well pleased with the Course
Great, amazing, and helpful. I enjoyed it.
Very good and very dynamic, everything seemed clear, concise and very helpful. Good information.
Sure! Here’s a clearer and more polished version of your feedback:
1. The volume throughout the module is inconsistent. At one point, the volume dropped significantly, so I increased my speaker volume—then the module suddenly got very loud, which startled me.
2. I wish there were slides or reference materials available. Since all the modules are in video format, it’s difficult to go back and find specific information I want to review.
This course was informative, and well structured. The only thing that could use improvement from the consumer side is the ability to rewind the videos. If there is a loud noise and you miss something, or you are taking notes and do not get to the pause button in time, you have rewatch the entire video to get back to the part that was missed. Other than that it was a lovely impressively interactive experience for an online course.

Comprehensive but easy to follow and understand
It was incredibly hard to stay focused after the 1 hour mark and feel if I didn’t already do food handling training before, I would have struggled with the exam.
It was a good training that was easy to understand and comprehend.
I recently completed the AAA Food Handler Course, and it was an excellent experience! The course was well-organized and easy to follow, with clear explanations of food safety, hygiene, and handling practices. I especially appreciated the practical examples and visual aids, which made it easy to understand important concepts like TCS foods, temperature danger zones, and proper thawing methods.
The interactive quizzes helped reinforce the lessons, and I felt confident applying the knowledge in a real-world kitchen setting. Overall, the course was engaging, informative, and very user-friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their food safety skills and meet certification requirements.
