Very glitchy

September 14, 2023

The course was very glitchy and I was having issues with audio on several devices. I called for help and ultimately got none after speaking to someone for 20+ minutes. Many modules was missing audio no matter what device or what search engine was used. One module had no image, just audio. One module had audio for parts of it and blank in other parts. I attempted to troubleshoot and just ended up reading most of the modules with the closed captioning on. This course is apparently not compatible for all devices.
