It was fun
ES UNA CAPACITACION MUY AMIGABLE E ITERATIVA. FACIL DE ENTENDER Y DE APLICAR EN EL DIA A DIA
was great and easy
I enjoyed this course!
Porque es necesario para la salud
Porque son cosas muy inportantes para la salud
Does the job, I guess, but this course is poorly scripted and organized, with numerous grammatical mistakes and a grating AI voice-over. If I hadn’t taken a food-handling course before, I think I would’ve been even more confused. I recommend looking elsewhere for certification.
fun
very efficient and helpful
The information was beneficial, and the training was painless. I would like to see more interaction (exercises), and I did not like that if I wanted to go back a few seconds on the video, I had to watch the whole video over, when I just wanted to listen to the previous 15 seconds, for example. Perhaps you could add a fast-forward and rewind button.
thank you
Overall it was easy and informative! I will note that the audio didn’t work on most of the modules, so I had to keep resetting the close-captioning.
has a lot of information about the pro’s and con’s about handling food to preparation and serving
