The videos were educational, but very and boring. Marias voice made my ears hurt. The test was easy but the videos brought the experience down a great deal.

November 14, 2023

Although the videos were educational, they were also one of the most mind-numbingly awful experiences of my life. It was incredibly boring. The narrators voice was just text to speech and you got bored of it very quickly by the end it became an annoying buzz, like a mosquito that you can’t swat. Overall, it was an important thing to do but it needs improving. Im so sorry my review was so negative .

An Afternoon Well Spent

March 24, 2025

I live in NJ and am required to take the Food Manager course to become a certified Cottage Kitchen home baker. The AAA Food Handler course was informative and fast. The time passed pleasantly and I hopefully learned a few things I didn’t already know! It was very easy to navigate and I look forward to taking the practice tests with enough success to be able to take the real one shortly.

The graphics helped so much!

March 24, 2025

I was really scared to take this step in my journey to opening my bakery. But this course was clear in it’s presentation of all the information that needed to be addressed. It was the graphics that helped me the best! They were slow and pertained to exactly what was being presented. I liked the multiple choice review quizzes at the end of sections! That helped to calm me down — knowing that I could do this! đŸ™‚
