HACCP was something really important factor that I learned along with other critical factors

It definitely took a little time but a going through a refresher course is always a positive thing!

clunky, boring, waste of my time
The modules had me bored to tears with highly repetitive and redundant information. The functionality of the course was clunky, corny, slow-loading, and glitchy. The closed captions didn’t work either, which made it difficult as I don’t have the ability to hear things coming from my computer very well.
Overall, I’m disappointed I lost 8 hours of my life I wont be able to get back to take this class, but I am happy it is finally over.
