This course is very detailed in information and inspiring to me as a new Food Manager venturing into the field. It is very comprehensive in increasing and equipping me with knowledge in the different areas of Food Safety in the Commercial as well as the general Food Services
The layout for this program is easy to navigate.

The AI voice makes it difficult to focus, had to take a couple breaks to bear sitting through it anymore. At one point early in the modules we were asked a pretty specific question about a parasite, and the information was covered in the NEXT module. Other than that, pretty decent for generalized videos, the interactive segments did not have any bugs either, which is rare in my experience.
